Our Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping + Production Time

If you have a specific shipping need or target delivery date, please send us an email us with questions and your target date. We will see if we will be able to accommodate your time frame.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation that we have received your order. Upon completion of your order, customers will receive an order tracking notification which will allow you to track your order and estimate your arrival.

** If you live in an area that has high mail theft, please make a note at checkout, and select Signature Required at checkout. This will help us ensure you receive your board book.

Shipping Methods We Offer

We ship all of our board books and plush toys via USPS or FedEx within the continental United States. We offer the following shipping options for customers to choose from:

• FedEx 2-Day
• USPS First Class

The shipping rate options will display at checkout so you can compare them. Please note that we do not control the shipping costs, our website is integrated directly with USPS and FedEx and provides up-to-date prices based on the rates that the site receives directly from each carrier. Pint Size Productions does not have any control over the shipping costs provided by USPS or FedEx.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally. Unfortunately, we have ceased international shipping. Our shipping costs integrate with our carriers however they cannot calculate any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country when the order is placed. The additional charges are levied to the carrier and consequently billed by the courier (ex - FedEx) directly to our customer after they deliver the order. This has frustrated many customers so Pint Size has decided to no longer ship our products outside of the United States. We simply don't want to upset our international friends when international shipping costs are already expensive.

Return Policy 

Your happiness and satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Our Pint Size Productions team works very hard with a tremendous amount of care to produce every board book order we receive. We make sure that all of our materials and processes are safe and of the highest quality for you and your loved ones. Every one of our board books is manufactured at our Sanborn, New York board book factory conveniently located right here in the United States by a highly trained Pint Size team member. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your board book order, please email us so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Policy: Because our board books are custom made, our board books are non-refundable. We also do not offer any store credits.

Damaged Board Books: We do our absolute best to ensure your board book print arrives as perfect as possible. However, we do not have control over the shipping process. If your board book arrives damaged, please contact us at help@pintsizeproductions.com with images of the damage board book, so we can reprint your board book and resend to you.

Missing Board Books: If your tracking information says your order has been delivered, however you cannot find it, please ensure the following:

• Your address shipped to is correct
• You have checked with neighbors and family members that they did not pick up
• If shipped to another family member, and they have not received, please check with neighbors and family members they have not picked up
• We require the family member of the order shipped to who did not receive the board book to send an email verification to this email with the order number, and a note that they have checked with neighbors and that they did not receive the board book

At this point we will work with you to replace the missing board book.
