Q. How do I reset my password? Answer: There are two ways to reset your password if you are logged out or logged in.
- Logged Out: If you are logged out and have lost your password, please click on the login link in the top navigation. Under the login button you will see reset password. Click this and enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you.
- Logged in: If you want to change your password AFTER you have logged in, please click on the account link in the top navigation. From your account section you will see a tab that says password, from here you can manually change your password.
Q. Can I reorder a book when it has been purged from my account? Answer: Yes! Because we print so many board books, we only retain project files on our website for 90 days. After this, your project and images are safely moved to a backup server where we can easily find and reprint your order. Contact us and let us know your board book order number and if you need any minor changes made. We will work with you to help you purchase, reprint, and ship your board book to you. If you have a project that has been purged and you would like to reorder, email us now.
Q. How do I edit my saved book? Answer: You can edit a saved book by the following these steps:
- Login with your username and password
- Click on the Saved link in the top right navigation and you will see your saved project
- Click the Continue Design Button under your board book to continue your project
Q. Can I make a change to an order that was placed? Answer: Yes! Please e-mail help@pintsizeproductions.com or submit a contact request on our contact page as soon as possible with the details and our team will take care of coordinating the details with you.
Q. How do I cancel my order? Answer: Please e-mail help@pintsizeproductions.com or submit a contact request on our contact page as soon as possible with the details and our team will take care of coordinating the details with you and refunding your purchase.
Q. My board book is missing from my saved for later section. Why? Answer: If you have started making a board book without creating an account or being logged in and try to save for later, you may have trouble locating your board book because you don't have an account.
Please make sure you create a username and password BEFORE making a board book. If you are not logged in, your work will show in the saved section temporarily but will not be accessible if you come back later.
Likewise - if you create a board book prior to create an account and then attempt to create an account and save for later, you will also run into issues. If you are having trouble with a missing board book please contact support to see if we can locate it for you.
Q. How can I move my board book from the Shopping Cart back to my Saved for Later Section? Answer: If your board book is in the shopping cart and you need to review your pages or make edits, you can move your board book to the Save for Later section and come back again. This is done by clicking on the Save for Later button. When this button is clicked, the system will move your item from the shopping cart to save for later section and take you to the Saved for Later page.
Once at the Saved for Later page, you may click the continue design to continue your board design.
Once inside your template, review and make your appropriate changes. When you are finished reviewing and editing your board book, click the Finish Editing Button to add back into the cart and finish the checkout process.
Q. How long do we keep books that are being created and saved for later? Answer: Please note that we save books that are being created for 90 days. After 90 days with no activity, the books along with all images and content that are not finalized as an order will be deleted from our system.
